HOW TO:

make your own flyer with nothing on it

First you need a back of DIN A4 Paper, from your favorite stationer, there is a wide range of different papers ...

… it works best with Paper weight 160g/m2. It usually comes in packs of 250 sheets of which you can make 1000 flyers.

Look if the paper cutter you are using has marks, if not it would be helpful to make some at 14,8mm and 10,5 first, to get the same size for each flyer. with the paper cutter on the pictures the best result was achieved with no more than 3 sheets at one time. Be aware that if the paper cutter can't handle this amount of paper the edges will become fringy and may not be even.

The easiest and fastest way is to cut all sheets at the long side at 10,5 first ...

… and afterwards the short side at 14,8 cm.

cut cut cut ...

Finished - 1000 Flyers ready for distribution.

HAVE FUN!
